My second ID always shows as “off line” and if I try to email it from a Group it reverts to my other ID which is confidential

I have Windows Vista, therefore, i try downloading yahoo messenger for Vista, and it tells me every time that it can not download due to my firewall settings, check these settings, restart your computer, and try again… why can i not download the messenger?

Hi everyone, since last week i dunno why but when i have signed with my username on yahoo yahoomessenger.exe 100% cpu usage. I have downloaded the version 8.0.0.716 too but still the same thing. The problem is that when i tried to sign in with a different user it does not use 100% cpu usage. It only with that one username, i tried to signin on a different computer with that same nick name still the same thing. How can i fix this problem?
